Morello II Croydon – Project Overview

Morello II is a residential development in Croydon, forming part of the wider regeneration taking place across the area. TBS Cladding Solutions was involved in the project working with Thorp Precast and Sir Robert McAlpine, supplying brick solutions using a combination of Mystique and Rustington Antique bricks.

The two brick types were selected to create a distinctive external finish, bringing variation in colour and character to the façade while maintaining a consistent appearance across the development.

Our Involvement

Working alongside the project team, TBS Cladding Solutions provided the brick requirements for the development, with Mystique and Rustington Antique bricks used to achieve the required architectural finish.

Projects of this scale require close attention to product selection, consistency and coordination. Our role was to ensure the specified brick solutions met the requirements of the project and complemented the overall façade design.

The Result

The completed development has a strong brick-led appearance that works well within Croydon’s evolving urban landscape. The combination of Mystique and Rustington Antique provides warmth, texture and variation across the elevations, helping give the building its own identity.
